How do we get paid?

All listing or management agreements include a commission. As the procuring broker, we receive part of that commission that remains constant with or without an agent. Thus, making MBM Office Solution services entirely free to you!

We will work as your tenant representative having no obligation or agreements with the building owner or manager. Negotiations we make are done 100% with your needs in mind - no one else's.
